The place had central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. Having a handy kitchenette helped a lot. The setting was absolutely perfect. Met the owner, who gave us good tips.

We got great value for our money - the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a convenient kitchen and a nice little terrace. The location of the hotel was excellent, within a short walk of two underground stations and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely helpful, staying in contact with us and providing all the necessary information.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved, perhaps with a wider variety of options for guests.

This place is in a great location for visiting most attractions and the bathroom had a nice shower, a hairdryer, and guest toiletries.

Location was great, close to a few tube stations and a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. the appliances in the room were in good working condition.

The mattress in the main bedroom was not comfortable. The apartment felt small for a family of five, with one of our children having to sleep on the couch in the kitchen.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, just a few minutes walk away from Hyde Park and close to multiple tube stations. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The apartment itself was spacious and our 2-year-old daughter felt safe and secure. The property manager was also very helpful, accommodating our special requests for luggage and a cot bed. We also appreciated the nice shower in the bathroom.

I also appreciated the availability of overnight parking nearby, which was convenient as I had a car. my family of 5 had a great time and I was very satisfied with my stay.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor of the hotel. The beautiful wallpaper and classic furniture truly made me feel like I was staying in a sophisticated British home. The general areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation and socializing. As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff was kind and always ready to assist me with any stairs or heavy doors. It made me feel safe and well taken care of during my stay.

The only thing I would have asked for to make it an even better vacation for senior people is a clearer labeling of the different levels and areas of the hotel. Some signage or maps to guide us around would have been helpful, especially for those with limited mobility.
